John and Avis Hard-Pressed live in a three bed semi with their two kids, and they had always been too busy to switch their home energy suppliers. She put in their annual spend on gas (£750), and electricity (£500).
She applied on line there and then to save £295.89 a year, with the npower
sign on line dual fuel standard billing tariff.
