WATER - CCWATER?
The Consumer Council for Water (CCWater) represents
water and sewage consumers in England and Wales.
Their role is to provide a strong voice for consumers. They
have offices throughout England and Wales, and
this enables them to keep in close contact with both local consumers,
and the companies that provide the

the consumers' collective voice is heard in national water issues
and that consumers

they have tried and failed to resolve a complaint
with their water company.
Their aim is to settle 70% of such complaints within 20 working
days, and 85% within 40 days, and they state they
have been successful in achieving this.

improvements for consumers.
