What is the CONSUMER COUNCIL FOR WATER - CCWATER?
The Consumer Council for Water (CCWater) represents water and sewage consumers in England and Wales.
Their role is to provide a strong voice for consumers. They have offices throughout England and Wales, and
this enables them to keep in close contact with both local consumers, and the companies that provide the

Their job is to make sure that the consumers' collective voice is heard in national water issues and that consumers
remain at the heart of the water industry.

with their water company.

have been successful in achieving this.
