What is OFWAT?
The Water Services Rgulation Authority (Ofwat) is the economic regulator of the water and sewerage industry in England and Wales.

2 - Ensuring that companies are able to carry out their responsiblities under the Water Industry Act 1991 as updated by section 39
     of the Water Act 2003
3 - Protecting the standard of service to consumers
4 - Meeting the principles of sustainable development
5 - Helping to encourage competition where appropriate
